This team also stays up-to-date with emerging security threats and proactively addresses any vulnerabilities to ensure a secure user experience.
The Development team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Scar's software infrastructure. They work on enhancing the Scar's functionality, optimizing its performance, and incorporating user feedback into iterative updates. This team stays abreast of technological advancements and continuously seeks to improve the Scar's capabilities to provide a seamless and efficient user experience.
The Support team is dedicated to assisting users with any issues, questions, or concerns they may have regarding the bot. They provide timely and helpful responses, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure user satisfaction. The Support team also collects user feedback and collaborates with the Development team to address any reported bugs or usability issues.
The Design team is responsible for creating and maintaining the bot's user interface, visual elements, and content. They work on crafting an engaging and intuitive user experience by designing aesthetically pleasing interfaces, developing user-friendly interactions, and creating informative content. This team focuses on creating a visually appealing and cohesive bot design while ensuring the content is accurate, relevant, and in line with the bot's purpose.
All the materials on Scar's Website are provided "as is". We make no warranties, whether expressed or implied, which negates all other warranties. Furthermore, we do not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on this Website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

We will not promise that any of the materials on this Website are accurate, complete, or current. We may change the materials contained on our Website at any time without notice. Scar is an independent project and is not affiliated with, supported by, or created by Discord Inc. The bot is developed and maintained by a separate entity and operates solely within the Discord platform. Any references to Discord Inc. are for descriptive purposes only, and the bot does not claim any official endorsement, sponsorship, or association with Discord Inc.
The owner of Scar cannot be held liable for any actions or violations of these Terms committed by individuals.
The owner expects users to provide truthful information and use the bot and Discord Inc. services responsibly, without engaging in malicious activities. However, the owner cannot guarantee the behavior of individual users.
Users have the freedom to remove the bot from any server where it has been granted permission at their own discretion.
Right to use the service
Scar provides a range of services and features for your Discord server. All commands and systems are detailed in the commands section of this dashboard.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the owner grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub-licensable license to access and use the Service.
You agree not to perform or attempt the following actions:
- Use the Service for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms
- Copy, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit by any means, attempt to discover the source code, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or exploit the Service, or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by these Terms
- Use data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Service
No license or right is granted to you by implication or otherwise, except for the permissions and rights expressly granted in these Terms regarding the intellectual property rights belonging to Scar or its licensees.
The owner and the Development Team reserve the right to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the Service (or part thereof) with or without notice.
Scar's Security & Privacy Team can deny access to services without notice and for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Breaching the Terms may result in a warning, immediate account termination or suspension by the Security & Privacy Team. You acknowledge that your account can be terminated without prior notice if deemed necessary.
You bear full responsibility for all the data and activities associated with your account on the Service. It is imperative that you promptly notify Scar's Security & Privacy Team if you believe that the confidentiality of your data has been compromised or if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.

Rules of Conduct and Use
We have no obligation to monitor the server, server name, server images, channels, members, or content of servers where Scar is present.
Scar's Security & Privacy Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, the Support Server, or other servers connected to the Service at any time, without notice, and for any reason. You acknowledge that we do not control or monitor user content (such as chats, posts, or materials posted by others) on the Communication Channels of your server.
We shall not be held responsible for activities on the Communication Channels of your server, for the information you choose to post on those channels, or for the actions of members (via Scar or otherwise).
As a condition of using the Service, and without limiting your other obligations under these Terms, you agree to comply with the restrictions and rules of use set forth in these Terms, as well as any other restrictions and rules specified within the Service. For example, you agree not to use the Service to:
- Post, send, transmit, or disseminate objectionable information.
- Defame, libel, ridicule, mock, stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct that may damage the reputation of Scar or any other user.
- Send or transmit files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, nuke code, corrupted files or data, or engage in any other activity that may harm the operation of the Service or the devices of other users.
- Violate the rights of others, including self, contractual, intellectual property, or other rights, by using, sending, transmitting, distributing, or making available information on the Service that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy, publicity rights, or other rights of others.
- Attempt to obtain passwords or other private information from other members.
- Inappropriately use support channels, make false complaints, or disrupt the normal flow of support.
- Develop, distribute, or publicly instruct other members on the use of "automatic," "macro," or other "hack/cheat utility" software programs and applications that violate applicable license agreements.
These usage rules are provided for illustrative purposes only, and we reserve the right to determine conduct that we deem to be a violation of the Terms or improper use of the Service. We may take action, including termination of your Account and prohibition from participating in the Service.

Users have the option to terminate their Account and delete their data at any time and for any reason at

Scar's Security & Privacy Team reserves the right to cancel your Account and deny you access to the service or certain parts of the service at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
In such cases, you may lose access to your Account and all associated information and data, including Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods, if applicable. We shall not be held liable for any resulting losses, and no compensation will be provided.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner shall not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential, incidental, punitive, or other indirect damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service or any materials accessed, viewed, or downloaded from the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability to you for any damages shall be limited to (a) the amount you paid us under these Terms in the three (3) months immediately preceding the date of the claim or (b) $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
